Hey everyone! Sorry for the delays to anyone I owe commission work to. I've just been settling into working, and getting used to the routine of working a full time job again after being off work for nearly two years. It's not easy! But this seems to be a really awesome place to work, a few idiosyncracies aside. Every workplace has them, but this one has fewer than normal. Yay.

So, what am I doing? Working for a small credit union that doesn't really have a dress code. Yes, I can wear blue jeans to work every day as long as I have a nice shirt on. I don't have to stand and I have every Wednesday afternoon and every weekend off. Isn't that cool?

My cohorts are Tami, Shala, Erin, Jackie [JAKKEEEEEE] and my boss, Carolyn. That's it. Small small small office, but rapidly growing as a community FCU. I's happies.

Hey there! Long time no type, right??? Well, since the Smee's been off-line, I went and started playing Ragnarok online. Wow! That's a fun game! My name is Mokisa Cheruu there, and I'm a swordie trying to become a knight so if you see me, say hi!

I got a job assignment through Kelly services and with any luck, I'll be working there permanently in December. The pay is okay, but the atmosphere rocks. I definitely have to brush up on my Spanish because a good portion of the members no habla ingles. )00( It's not $11 an hour, but maybe it will be before long. I like my boss. She's fun.

Let's see... Embarassing injury of the year:

I gouged a hole in my foot ... on ... my ..........bra. Yep. You read that right. There's metal rings with squared edges and I came right down on one. OUCH! Previous embarassing injuries of the year were:

Straining my neck by trying to do a headstand ... all then-time 300 lbs of me. Goodness ... don't weigh that much anymore. !!! T.T

Stepped down off a stool and right onto a ... Desk Style Tape Dispenser ... the kind with the metal cutter .... ouch!

Melting a plastic sanitation glove to my hand. I won't even begin to tell you how I did that!

Watching a rock come down and hit me smack dab in the middle of my head. Hey, that wasn't MY fault. I was only four!

Anyhoo ... that might explain a LOT of my eccentricities.

It's really amazing how quickly a good, brisk walk in the great outdoors ... well, my subdivision anyway ... can make things seem so much better. I took my girls and mom and went for a walk. Nothing major, but after a month of knee-healing, it felt good. Now I'll keep that momentum going and clear my head of any negativities.

Ever wake up one morning and wonder ... why am I here? What purpose do I serve? Would anyone miss me if I were gone? I do ... usually every morning. Some days I can keep the demons at bay, but not today. I ask myself, why was I spared when my two brothers died. For the most part, they were both contributing members of society, but me, I can't even get a fricking job. Nearly two #$%(%& years without a job and no repose in sight. Then I get angry with myself and sometimes say things i don't mean. I'm not a superwoman ... I'm just a woman who sometimes hates myself. This has been a very, very bad day. Now, I'm not the kind of person who would run out and buy some razor blades, or look for a gun, mind you. But I am extremely, extremely low. I'm sure I'll bounce back tomorrow ... or Monday. I'm just very depressed. I need work ... and there's just no end in sight to this unemployment nightmare. And I wasted $24.95 on a DA print account thinking someone might buy something. I'm lonely. I'm tired. I'm frustrated. I need some purpose ... some reason for getting up each day. I guess I'll just sleep this funk off .... Later, peeps.
